    Early Life

    Marcia Anne Cross was born on March 25, 1962, in Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA.

    She grew up in a family of Mark Cross, a personnel manager, and Janet Cross, a teacher. Marcia has two sisters - Ellen and Susan. Ellen Cross is a singer-songwriter. From childhood, Marcia wanted to become an actress.

    Education and Early Career

    In 1980, after graduating from Marlborough High School, Marcia enrolled in the Juilliard School, one of the largest arts and music institutions in America.

    In 1984, Marcia graduated from Juilliard with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Later that same year, the aspiring actress landed her first television role in the soap opera "The Edge of Night." She went on to appear in TV movi
